I
received the baby blanket I ordered with your help two days ago. It
is lovely! I am sure this will become a family keepsake for the baby!
The pink lettering looks perfect on the natural colored blanket, just
as you said it would! The packaging was wonderful, also; the colored
paper so festive! I repackaged it exactly as it was to send to my gift
recipient. It may sound silly, but I really appreciated the packaging,
because it was so easy for me to readdress it to my recipient, since
the box was white, and the labels were easily removable. It is a little
thing, but the little things mean alot! Thank you a hundredfold for
all of your continued help and attention with my order. It is obvious
that your company is sincere about providing their customers with the
best possible service and wonderful products of high quality. When you
buy a baby gift for someone you love, of course, you want it to be perfect.
It was scary taking a chance on making a purchase over the Internet.
I hoped and prayed it would be what I expected. And it was that and
more! Your continued attention to my order was also greatly appreciated,
and helped to alleviate my concerns! I will definitely continue to order
from your company, and pass on this great find to my friends and family.

Threads is incredible!!! I had several questions regarding the product
before I ordered it, so I would send e-mail messages to their customer
support. I also got a prompt and thorough answer to all of my questions.
I was beyond satisfied when I received the product. The embroidered
blanket was simply wonderful. As I was transporting the blanket to
another destination via an airplane, someone's barbecue sauce spilled
and damaged parts of the blanket. When I called digital threads,
I left a message and they called me back almost immediately. They
were incredibly helpful and completely sympathetic to my situation.
I was so impressed with their level of professionalism mixed with
pure human sensitivity. I have recommended their site to others and
will continue to use them in the future.

let you know that my From This Day Forward personalized wedding
quilt arrived at the end of last week and I really LOVE IT! It is
beautiful! I have seen some personalized afghans where the personalization
looks sort of bunched up on the quilt fabric. Your product looks

ship 7 to 10 days after I placed the order. I was delighted, when

the orders. You must have had people working on it minutes after I

Until recently, I had never made a purchase on the Internet and I
will admit I was a little scared of ordering from a company I knew
nothing about. Your quick e-mail response to my questions was more
than I expected and the two day shipment really suprised me. The baby
shower was last night and I wish you could have seen the response
that your blanket got. I don't ever recall having given such a reasonably

When my daughter
was expecting her baby, I looked at all the mall stores that do custom
embroidery for a baby blanket as a keepsake gift; I must say that
I was quite disappointed in the quality of not only blankets but workmanship.
I decided to go online and see what was available. After searching
through numerous gift sites, I came across yours and was struck by
the choices of designs and all the different options I had. I'm always
hesitant as to what I may end up with from the Internet but I decided
to take a chance (figured it couldn't be any worse than what I'd seen
at the malls!). Much to my delight, my order arrived three days later,
gift wrapped beautifully, and I was so impressed when my daughter
