How To Make Sure You Receive Our Reply
Increasingly, ISPs are using filtering systems to try and keep Spam out of customers' inboxes. But all too often, they also filter the e-mail that you want to receive.
The best way to comunicate with Digital Threads is to use the Customer Service HelpDesk located here. Messages sent and received through the HelpDesk will avoid all possability of being blocked by an internet service providers spam filter. Using the Customer Service HelpDesk will assure you that all messages are received.
For other email comunication follow the steps below:
To make sure that Digital Threads support e-mails are not filtered into your "junk" or "bulk" folder, please add DigitalThreads.net to your list of trusted senders. Here's how:
Hotmail:
Place the domain DigitalThreads.net in your safe list. The safe list can be accessed via the "Options" link next to the main menu tabs.
AOL:
Place the domain DigitalThreads.net in your address book.
Yahoo! Mail:
If one of our emails is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.
Opera/M2:
All messages the system identifies as junk mail will be sent to "Spam". If the message is not spam, click on the "Not Spam" button or highlight the message and press A, which will add the sender to your contacts so future messages from that e-mail address will not be sent to the "Spam" folder.
Other providers:
If our emails are being filtered, try adding our domain from our email's 'From' or 'Reply-to' address to your address book or contact list. If this option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself.
If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's tech support and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from DigitalThreads.net. Follow their instructions for whitelisting DigitalThreads.net emails.
SpamAssassin:
If your webhost or ISP e-mail account has SpamAssassin enabled, there is a whitelist feature that you can use. Adding service@DigitalThreads.net to this whitelist should prevent your copy of our email from being bounced or deleted.
We support fully the anti-spam measures of all mail servers and ISPs. But please do make sure that your mail server or ISP is not accidentally keeping DigitalThreads.net information from you.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but these circumstances are beyond our control. All we can do is work together with the ISPs to shut out the spammers.
