Fax orders may be securely placed by completing your order online and choosing the "I will Fax my payment information" as the final payment option. Your order will then be totaled and assigned an order number. It can then be printed out and you may write in your credit card payment information on that order page or provide a cover page with payment information. This can then be securely faxed to our sales office at 1-877-262-9703

PRICING:

Because Digital Threads® provides personalized embroidery on all its products there may be various prices for items of the same type. For example a woven cotton heirloom baby blanket may be used for many personalized designs and may sell for $30 with a simple embroidered name and sell at $55 when a more elaborate embroidered design is added to the same blanket. This is because of the embroidery detail, size differences and the production time of each.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:

After you have placed your order with Digital Threads® you will receive 3 confirmation e-mails.

An order confirmation listing the items you ordered and the personalization information you provided will be sent immediately after the order is placed.

A charge confirmation will be sent to you after your credit card has been charged.

A shipping confirmation, with a tracking number, will be sent out the day your order has shipped.
