SALES TAX:

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to California. If you are shipping to any other destination in the US, sales tax will not be charged on your purchase.

Fax orders may be securely placed by completing your order online and choosing the "I will Fax my payment information" as the final payment option. Your order will then be totaled and assigned an order number. It can then be printed out and you may write in your credit card payment information on that order page or provide a cover page with payment information. This can then be securely faxed to our sales office at 1-877-262-9703.

Mail orders may be placed by completing your order online and choosing the "I will Mail a check or money order" as the final payment option. RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Digital ThreadsŪ purchase, simply return it and we will be happy to credit your account for the full purchase price of any non-personalized item. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable.

Personalized products are made-to-order per your instructions and are not refundable due to customer error such as spelling or incorrect date. Any error by Digital ThreadsŪ will be promptly replaced and reshipped at no charge.

  • We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable.
  • If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by calling customer service at 1-877-262-9703.The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
