Mail orders may be

RETURNS
& EXCHANGES:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Digital ThreadsŪ purchase, simply return it and we will be happy to credit your account for the full purchase
price of any non-personalized item. Were sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable. Personalized products are made-to-order per your instructions and are not refundable due to customer error such as spelling or incorrect date. Any error by Digital ThreadsŪ will be promptly replaced and reshipped at no charge. - We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Were sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable.
- If your
package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise
and notify us immediately by calling customer service at 1-877-262-9703.The carrier
will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
