SHIPMENTS
TO APO/FPO, PO BOX ADDRESSES AND US TERRITORIES
*PO Box shipments are handled
via US Postal Service and incur a $1.50 surcharge at the time of final credit
card charge.
Ground shipping is not available
to US Territories, Hawaii or Alaska.
Priority shipping is available
to most US Territories, Hawaii and Alaska.
Priority shipping
is not available to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to all APO/FPO addresses will
be sent via US Postal Service Parcel Post. Delivery usually occurs within 6-14
business days.

CHANGING
AN ORDER:
Non-Personalized
Orders can be changed before they have shipped by
contacting us at 1-877-262-9703 (toll free). If your non-personalized item
has already been shipped, you will receive an RMA number and instructions for
its return. We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel
Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Were sorry, but
shipping fees are not refundable.
Personalized Orders
will be embroidered exactly "as ordered". So please check all spelling
and date information carefully. If a spelling or date needs to be changed before
the item been embroidered contact us immediately via the

- Any personalization error
by Digital ThreadsŪ will be promptly remade and reshipped at no charge.
- Personalized items are
not changeable or returnable after the order has shipped.
- It is not possible to
replace or re-embroider any spelling or date errors once the item has been
embroidered.
- Spelling correctness
agreements are required. (for names, dates & initials)
- A complete order confirmation
is e-mailed to you, at the time of order, for duplicate final inspection.

check all names and dates for errors.

SHIPPING:
Holiday shipping schedules
for both personalized and non-personalized Digital ThreadsŪ items will be posted
here each holiday season along with the pick up and delivery schedule of our
primary shipper.
