Personalized Items:

• Most "Standard" personalized orders are processed and shipped within 48 - 72 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days.)
• "Rush Service" guarantees your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day.
• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
• We're sorry, we are unable to ship to locations outside the US

Non-Personalized Items:

Special order or out of stock items with this icon are delayed and you should contact customer service for an estimated shipping date.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated and shown when an item is placed into your shopping cart and a shipping method has been chosen. Your shipping cost is calculated by UPS based on item weight and ship-to location. We ship all orders via either UPS, FedEx or US Postal depending which carrier offers the best possible service, speed and reliability to your particular delivery area.
