SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:

Items that have the icon are either out of stock or a special order item. Out of stock and special order items are usually shipped from our facility within 2 to 3 weeks from the date your order was placed. We will contact you via email if there are special circumstances that will affect or delay your order past this time.

If your order contains both in-stock and out of stock items, we will process and ship the in-stock item(s). Out of stock items are usually shipped from our facility within 2 to 3 weeks from the date your order was placed.

IN STOCK ITEMS:

In stock non-personalized items that have the icon will ship within 24 hours of order reception.

Personalization will add 36 to 72 hours onto any order not marked for RUSH service.

Personalized items such as monogrammed robes, embroidered throws and personalized baby blankets will show current "availability" which is the current average time for personalization and packaging.

We will contact you via email if there are special circumstances that will affect or delay your order shipment.
